The Mason M.V.S. Wins Design Award

On October 20, 2021, Papp Architects

was presented with an Honor Award by the American Institute of Architects Westchester Hudson Valley for the design of The Mason MVS in Mamaroneck, New York. The project may be viewed at Multi-Family | Papp Architects. Developed by Sheldrake Station Development, LLC and Halpern Real Estate Ventures, the project features 96-dwelling units across three buildings plus four townhouses. The site bridges the zone between active industrial buildings, the commercial downtown village, train station, and single-family residences.

We would like to share the award with Imbiano-Quigley Landscape Architects; Bohler Engineering, Civil Engineers; TEC Engineering, Structural Engineers; Khachaturian Engineering Associates, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers; and contactor AMEC construction.
