River Pointe Apartments featured in the Cincinnati Business Journal

The River Pointe Apartments development was featured in a recent article in the Cincinnati Business Journal $100M River Pointe Apartments planned in village of Batavia - Cincinnati Business Courier.  The project is in the bidding phase and construction is expected to begin in May 2025.  The project includes 518 apartment units in eight buildings plus amenity buildings and extensive site and landscaping scope covering 27-acres.
