New Multi-family Development Approved in Stratford, CT

A development of Empire Residential, 225 Lordship Boulevard in Stratford, Connecticut, is located on a busy commercial corridor at exit 30 of the northbound off-ramp of I-95. To design a building that responds to the site’s commercial and industrial neighbors, Papp Architects’ design is composed of both solid and perforated, charcoal colored, vertical metal corrugated siding, recessed balconies in accent colored stucco, and a combination of ground-faced cast stone and colored spandrel glass on the first floor.
