Groundbreaking at Cross County Center

A groundbreaking ceremony took place Thursday March 4, 2021 at Cross County Center for the conversion of the former Sears store into a Target store. Papp Architects’ Principal, Philip Fruchter, participated in the ceremony along with Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and executives of Marx Realty, owner of Cross County for the past 65-years.
