New Mixed Use Building Proposed in Port Chester
A new 17-story, 407,000 square foot, mixed-use building with 286 apartments, 12,600 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and 267 parking spaces has been proposed for a collection of nine parcels across from the Metro-North Railroad station at the intersection of Broad Street and Irving Place in Port Chester. A petition for a zoning amendment to increase the permitted number of floors, but not height, is presently being reviewed by the Village’s Board of Trustees. Click here for the Westfair article.
