New Mixed-Use in Port Chester Unveiled
On March 25th, the Port Chester Planning Commission was introduced to a new mixed-use project designed by Papp Architects. The new nine-story building will be constructed on the site of an existing parking lot. The development contains 115 apartment units, retail space on the ground floor, and 2,600 square feet of co-working office space on the third floor. The exterior design features brick and stone masonry and was conceived to complement Port Chester’s historic village downtown. The project was featured in this week’s edition of the Westchester Business Journal. Click here for the article.
