22 Sussex Street Approved

On June 13, 2018, the City of Hackensack, NJ, Planning Board approved Papp Architects’ designed 88-unit apartment building on 22 Sussex Street. The contextual urban design features four levels of residences above two levels of parking, lobby and amenity spaces. The building is diagonally across the street from the Bergen County Courthouse.
