Sheldrake Lofts Groundbreaking

The ground-breaking for Sheldrake Lofts took place on June 15, 2017. The event was attended by Village of Mamaroneck and Westchester County officials. The project, which is a development of Halpern Real Estate Ventures of New York City, contains 96-luxury apartment units in three buildings plus four townhouses. The three-acre site is on the bank of the Sheldrake River at the intersection of Mamaroneck Avenue and Waverly Avenue in the Village of Mamaroneck, a short distance... from the Metro North train station, and was the former site of the Blood Brothers wrecking yard. The design, by Papp Architects, celebrates the industrial history of the area and extends the village center into the site. Watch for construction updates.
