440 Hamilton Approved
On March 6, 2017, the White Plains Common Council voted to approve our application for the adaptive re-use of the former AT&T office building into 245 residential units. The White Plains Planning Board endorsed the project in their communication to the Common Council, stating “The Planning Board finds the proposed building changes to be a significant improvement over the appearance of the existing building, it is a creative, ambitious, adaptive re-use of a building which is ...likely to have a positive effect on the neighborhood.”
Above is a photo of the existing Hamilton Avenue street frontage and a rendering of the proposed renovation.
